Doctors All Agree on Dietary Supplement

For the first time ever, a dietary supplement has been recommended by five out of five doctors. All doctors agree that the best dietary supplement to help with weight loss is jogging.
“We’ve done several studies and looked at all sorts of supplements, vitamins, herbs and whatnot,” said Doctor Vandela Majong. “There’s always some drawback or some reason why we couldn’t all agree that it was actually helpful for weight loss. Jogging is something we can all get behind.”
In their studies, it turned out that jogging was the only change in addition to improving how a person eats that helped with weight loss in 100% of the cases.
“No matter how extreme the obesity, diet aided by jogging made a big difference,” Dr. Majong said.
Doctors have already started recommending it to their patients.
“I went to my doctor to get a full checkup before starting a diet. I asked him what he recommended as far as supplements or herbs, and when he said the best supplement he can recommend is jogging, I thought he was joking,” said Glenda Goodvich. “Then he explained the studies to me and that he was very serious.”
Goodvich said she took the doctor’s advice and has managed to lose weight a little bit faster than she has in the past. By eating healthier and adding low intensity jogging to her weekly routine, she’s managed to lose 10 lbs in a month rather than the five pounds in a month she lost last time she gave it a try.
“That’s double the rate I was losing at last time,” Goodvich said. “There isn’t a product on the market that can beat that safely.”
